Chevy’s 2024 holiday card to America is dedicated to the doers
2024-11-27
As the year draws to a close, it’s time for a Chevrolet tradition: Our fourth annual Holiday Card to America. This year’s short film explores the way that family inspires us – and it all unfolds from the cab of a classic Chevy pickup.
At a holiday get-together, a young man struggles with questions from family and friends. Everyone has well-meaning advice about college applications, majors, careers – but he has a different path in mind. Thankfully, there’s an escape route in the barn: A classic Chevy truck, where father and son can speak heart-to-heart on a drive through town.
“It’s a moving, intergenerational story of connection, purpose, and legacy told through the windshield of a 1978 Silverado C-10,” says Steve Majoros, chief marketing officer at Chevrolet. “With themes of love, loss, and resilience, this year’s film is a heartfelt tribute to the doers—the builders of families, communities, and futures.”
From everyone at Chevrolet, we wish you happy holidays.
