How the AT4 and Denali trim levels drive sales for GMC
2025-06-11
GMC is expanding the Terrain lineup for 2026 with two new trim levels – the off-road ready AT4 and the upscale Denali. These two trim levels are key to driving sales not only for the Terrain, but for the wider GMC portfolio, accounting for over 50% of all GMC U.S. retail sales in 20241.
The AT4 and Denali trim levels give customers the choice between a rugged, off-road focused trim level, or a more upscale and premium trim level – ensuring GMC’s products appeal to a broader range of buyers. In addition to the Terrain, the AT4 and Denali trims, along with the entry-level Elevation, are available on the GMC Acadia, Yukon, Canyon, Sierra LD, Sierra HD and Sierra EV.
“GMC consumers are discerning. They value excellent quality and appreciate luxury,” explained Jaclyn McQuaid, global vice president, Buick and GMC. “Whether it’s towing, going off-road in style or using cutting-edge tech – GMC continues to combine capability and premium features like no other brand on earth.”
“The addition of AT4 and Denali trims to the 2026 Terrain lineup helps to expand customer choice through additional vehicle content, premium capability, and the latest in-vehicle technologies, and will be key for future sales success” McQuaid added.
