Five things that make Cadillac CELESTIQ the new “Standard of the World”

2025-05-06

For more than 120 years, Cadillac has been the ultimate expression of American automotive luxury. In 1908, Cadillac adopted the slogan “Standard of the World,” a bold commitment to world-class engineering, styling, and technology. Today, the Cadillac CELESTIQ is ready to set a new standard as an ultra-luxury, hand-built sedan that redefines what it means to be a Cadillac. In the all-new CELESTIQ, bold styling and cutting-edge technology combine to create a new paradigm of automotive opulence.

Here are five ways CELESTIQ stands apart from the competition.

Isolated precision for driver and passengers

CAPTION: By inquiry only. Extremely limited availability.

A true luxury vehicle is a calm, comforting place away from the noise and chaos of daily life. Embodying Cadillac’s ethos of “isolated precision,” CELESTIQ brings together Cadillac’s most advanced active, adaptive, and automatic chassis technologies as standard equipment to provide a quiet, smooth ride, without sacrificing handling. Whether you’re driving or being driven, you’ll appreciate the feeling of being connected to the road in a high-performance sedan that can sprint or sail, whatever the moment demands.

Adaptive Air Suspension offers a softer, more isolated ride. The Magnetic Ride Control adaptive damping system automatically adjusts up to 1,000 times per second, always providing the smoothest ride without compromising traction and performance. Active Roll Control keeps CELESTIQ planted around corners, eliminating body roll in real time without creating a rough ride.

Power is the ultimate luxury. With 655 horsepower, 646 lb-ft of torque, and zero-to-60 acceleration in 3.7 seconds1, CELESTIQ offers sporty performance whenever it’s needed. Active Rear Steering gives CELESTIQ unparalleled maneuverability at lower speeds and smooth confidence on the highway, and adaptive all-wheel drive provides the comfort of maximum traction no matter the climate.

Individualized comfort in any climate

The four-seat Cadillac CELESTIQ offers each occupant control over their environment, providing individually optimized comfort . The roof is one continuous glass panel, creating an airy, welcoming ambiance. This four-zone Smart Glass Roof uses Suspended Particle Device technology, allowing each occupant to adjust their quadrant of the roof from fully shaded or moderately tinted to nearly transparent. As the world’s first electric vehicle with ClimateSense four-zone climate control, each occupant can precisely control their heating, cooling, and airflow for individualized comfort during any drive.
