The holiday season can be a nostalgic time. As family and friends travel to celebrate together, it’s natural to look back on old memories. That’s the theme of Chevrolet’s 2025 holiday card to America.
The story follows a husband and wife on the road for the holidays. As they drive down familiar country roads, they reminisce about family trips from years gone by – all of which unfolded inside their trusty 1987 Chevy Suburban.
The fifth-annual Chevrolet holiday card to America has special meaning for Jaztan Teen, who helped oversee the creation of this year’s film. As an expectant mother preparing to welcome her first child, Teen had a personal connection to this year’s campaign.
"It's totally different working on a project that you can see yourself in, or the type of person you hope to soon be,” Jaztan says. “Capturing the seemingly small moments and objects that meant so much to this family throughout the film made me reflect on what my own family did growing up,” she says. “Now it's my turn to carry on those special traditions with my own baby, who will be here just in time for the holiday season!”
The vintage Suburban in this film isn’t just transportation – it's a motorized memento. “They’re taking this same drive in the same vehicle they’ve had since 1987,” Jaztan says. “This Chevy has become a part of their family, and it’s the catalyst to help them keep an important holiday family tradition alive.”
Of course, celebrating together isn’t just about reliving old memories – it's about creating new ones, with loved ones gathering together. Happy holidays.
