CarBravo Certified Used Program has earned a Gold Stevie® Award for Technology Excellence in the Retail & E-Commerce – New Service of the Year category, recognizing the strength of GM’s digital retail platform and dealer-driven innovation in certified used-vehicle shopping.

The Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence honor technology leaders, products and services across more than 300 categories worldwide. CarBravo stood out for transforming certified used-vehicle shopping into an omnichannel, data-driven experience that puts transparency and dealer expertise at the center of every transaction.

How it works

CarBravo is GM’s national used-vehicle certification program and online service that combines the strengths of Chevrolet, Buick and GMC dealers with GM’s technology, data and remarketing capabilities.

Customers can browse multiple dealers’ inventory on CarBravo.com, estimate payments, value their trade-in, apply for credit and upload documents, then complete pickup or delivery through a single, connected journey online, in store or a mix of both.

Behind the scenes, CarBravo unifies digital inspection and certification workflows, inventory merchandising and sales reporting on one platform.

Dealers use digital checklists, pre‑eligibility checks and downloadable inspection records to make certification more efficient and transparent, while every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection and reconditioning process before it is listed.

Every CarBravo purchase is backed by GM‑supported benefits including a 12-month/12,000-mile limited bumper to bumper warranty on most models, roadside assistance, access to nearly 4,000 GM dealer service centers and a 10‑day/500‑mile exchange policy.

A customer-centered experience

For customers, that technology shows up as confidence and choice. Shoppers can search a national marketplace by budget and desired specs, see inspection details and warranty coverage up front, and choose how they want to shop and buy.

“CarBravo is built on a simple idea: use technology to make used‑vehicle shopping feel as modern and trusted as buying a new vehicle,” said John Fitzpatrick, head of CarBravo. “This Gold Stevie® Award is a testament to the work our dealers and teams have done to turn that idea into a scaled national platform for more than 300,000 CarBravo customers across the country.”

The recognition aligns with CarBravo’s mission to create lifelong customers by providing an exceptional experience for used‑vehicle buyers and its vision to be the destination of choice for used‑car shoppers by combining dealer strengths with GM’s technology and support.
