Recently, Grant Dixton, chief legal and public policy officer, spent a day at Fairfax to experience plant operations firsthand. At each station, team members guided him through standardized work, safety protocols and quality checks that support the production process and help ensure vehicles meet GM standards.

During his visit, Grant followed the process from stamping through final line and heard directly from team members about their work and expertise. Check out the video below for a look at his day on the line.

For Grant, the most rewarding part of the day wasn’t just seeing how the vehicles are assembled—it was learning from the people who make it happen.
